Shipping policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING ORDER!

All orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Our packages are perishable so we don't want them to sit extra days over a weekend or holiday. Ground shipments will take 1-3 days depending on location and Air shipments will take 1-2 days. All packages are shipped on UPS so no PO Boxes are accepted. Telephone numbers are required for all shipments.  We only ship to the lower 48 states. 

Orders placed after 3pm on Monday will be shipped the following week. 

Ground shipments fall into 3 flat rate categories. Small Box (0-12 lb.), Medium Box (12-40 lb.) or Large Box (40+ lb.). To get the best shipping value consider filling up the box. Due to variability of air freight cost we charge UPS rates plus on a $5 handling charge on all air shipments. 

All orders will be shipped frozen with ice packs in an insulated bag. Items maybe frozen or partially thawed when they get to their destination. Items are safe to be kept in refrigerator or refrozen up to the sell by date. 

Be sure to track your package and plan for someone to be home to accept the package. If your giving this item as a gift make sure to confirm recipient is home and expecting the package. If there are any issues with your shipment please contact us as soon as possible. Since all our products are perishable we do not accept returned product.  

Farm-to-Market Pork Inc. is not responsible for delayed delivery's due to addresses being entered incorrectly, please double check addresses before submitting your order. Packages will be marked perishable and it is the responsibility of the recipient to refrigerate product as soon as it is delivered. Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Farm-to-Market Pork Inc. so please make sure someone is home to accept the package. Our packages do not require a signature at time of deliver so if no one is home the package will be left at the door.
